imbra registers in Zambia
imbra Zambia is registered as Inter Mart Bridge Alliance Limited — the beginning of imbra's presence in Zambia. The company launches with around 5 employees and opens its first office in Kamwala South, Plot 15868/1080, Lusaka.
New leadership, new direction
After an early leadership transition, Abraham Daka takes over as CEO, bringing renewed focus and stability to the Zambia operation. The company re-registers under the full name Internet Market Bridge Alliance, aligning with the parent brand in Botswana.
Growing into a new home
Karen Namataa Munalula becomes CEO, leading imbra Zambia into its next chapter. The office moves to Findco House, Floor 8, Room 18 — a more central Lusaka location — and later relocates to Woodlands to better serve the team's needs.
